If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
1. Service Agreement
By placing an order with SprintWash, you authorize us to collect, clean, and return your garments as per the selected service. You acknowledge that you are the lawful owner or have the right to possess the items submitted for cleaning.
2. Pick-Up and Delivery
SprintWash offers scheduled pick-up and delivery services.
Customers must ensure availability at the time slots selected.
If no one is available to hand over or collect the garments, reattempt charges may apply.
SprintWash is not responsible for items left unattended unless prior arrangement is made.
3. Garment Care and Liability
We follow industry best practices and garment care labels provided by manufacturers.
We are not responsible for wear and tear, color fading, shrinkage, or damage caused by:
Pre-existing conditions
Weak fabric or threads
Incorrect or missing care labels
Customers must inform us about any delicate fabrics or specific instructions at the time of placing the order.
4. Lost or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that an item is lost or damaged, SprintWash will investigate and may offer compensation up to a maximum of 5 times the service charge for that item.
Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with relevant details and photographs.
We are not responsible for accessories such as buttons, zippers, or embellishments unless explicitly mentioned.
5. Unclaimed Garments
We will notify customers about ready garments through call/SMS/email.
Garments not collected or delivered due to customer unavailability for more than 30 days may be donated or disposed of at our discretion.
6. Payment Terms
All services must be paid in full before delivery, unless agreed otherwise.
We accept payments via cash, card, UPI, and other digital payment options.
Any promotional codes or discounts are subject to validation and can be withdrawn without prior notice.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Orders can be canceled or rescheduled before pick-up without any charge.
Once the order has been picked up and cleaning started, cancellation may not be possible.
Refunds are provided only in cases of service failure or verified garment damage as per our policy.
8. Prohibited Items
Customers must not send garments or fabrics that:
Contain hazardous materials
Are infested with insects or mold
Are soiled with bodily fluids or contaminants
We reserve the right to refuse or return such items without processing.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, text, and images on our website or mobile app are the intellectual property of SprintWash. Reproduction or misuse without permission is strictly prohibited.
10. Service Availability
SprintWash services may be subject to delays or interruptions due to maintenance, high demand, or external factors (e.g., weather, strikes, etc.). We will do our best to communicate any changes in service schedules.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
